- We also inform you that Dontalia does not receive or store any details related to customers’ credit cards.

In accordance with the new EUROPEAN PSD2 DIRECTIVE on electronic services, once the order has been confirmed, you must:
- Authorize the purchase through your online banking.
- Return to our website to complete the purchase process.
Why has my credit card not been accepted?
- The credit card may have expired. Please ensure that the expiry date given has not expired.
- The maximum purchase limit of the credit card may have been reached. In this case please check the card's status with the issuing bank.
- Some of the data entered may be incorrect. In this case please ensure that all data has been entered correctly.
- Credit card password error. Please check that the Visa or Mastercard security code has been entered correctly at the time of confirming your order. If you do not know the card security code, please check with your bank.
Paypal
- Dontalia provides its customers with the possibility of paying for orders with PAYPAL.
- The additional cost for this service is 1,5% of the total order .
- When choosing this payment method, the total cost of the order will be recalculated, with the additional cost mentioned above. Once this is confirmed, you will be directed to PAYPAL page.
Payment with bank transfer
- Dontalia also offers the possibility to pay your order with bank transfer. In this case you will have to pay the order in advanced. In order to choose this payment method, please click on the corresponding box and confirm your order.

- As soon as your order has been made, you will receive an e-mail with the order information and our bank details so you can transfer the amount within the first 72 hours. After this deadline, all unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled.
- In order to speed up the process, you can send us the transfer proof to info@dontalia.com. Otherwise your order will be released as soon as we have received the bank transfer.
