How can I return a dental product?

In the “My Account” section you can easily access the “Returns”option. After all information has been checked, we will send a courier to pick up the package.

The transport agency will contact you to arrange the pick-up.

What is the time limit for returning a product?

Material can be returned within 30 days of purchase (invoice date).

Returns must be delivered in the original packaging and in a package that protects the individual packaging of the product. Dontalia will also cover the cost of the shipping returns.

Is there an additional cost for returns?
Returns are free within the established time limits (30 days).
How will I receive the refunded amount?
Refunds are made immediately after having received the goods in stock, through the same payment method used for the purchase.
What do I do if the refunded amount is incorrect?
Please contact our Customer Service team by writing an e-mail to info@dontalia.com, with details of the problem. One of our service team will respond as soon as possible, within the following times: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm (CET).
*Special rules for returns:
  • Articles which have not been returned in their original packaging or that have the appearance of being used shall not be accepted.
  • Special items that do not appear on the Dontalia Website shall not be accepted.
